About The Position

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a BeyondTrust Systems Administrator to support the military program under. This position is onsite in Chantilly, VA and requires an active Secret clearance. The selected candidate will administer and maintain BeyondTrust's privileged access and remote support tools in a secure environment.

Requirements

Active Secret clearance (required).
IAT Level II certification (Security+ or higher).
8-10+ years of IT administration experience (degree may substitute years of experience).
1+ years of direct BeyondTrust administration experience.
Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and PowerShell scripting.
Experience supporting secure DoD environments.

Nice To Haves

Integration experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.
Familiarity with MFA, identity management, and privileged access workflows.
Exposure to Azure or AWS environments.
Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day administration of BeyondTrust Remote Support, PRA, and Password Safe tools.
Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.
Troubleshoot access issues (RDP, SSH, credential stores).
Apply patches, perform system backups, and ensure configuration integrity.
Maintain documentation, audit logs, and change records.
Support compliance activities aligned with DISA STIGs and NIST 800-53.
Collaborate with security teams to maintain privileged access controls.
