About The Position

We’re looking for a Store Manager to bring the brand to life inside a physical space—leading with intention, driving business results, and building meaningful connections in the community.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in apparel or activewear.
  • High School graduate or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage teams, operations, and customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a passion for team-building and mentorship.
  • Deep appreciation for wellness, inclusivity, and the Beyond Yoga lifestyle.
  • Desire and ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend and holidays.
  • Ability to perform all essential job functions, maneuver around the sales floor, stock room and office, and able to lift/carry up to 40 pounds.
  • Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

  • Execute initiatives to exceed sales goals, increase traffic, and consistently improve KPI's (conversion, UPT, and average transaction)
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and learning agility to adapt quickly and build brand presence in the community.
  • Champion a hospitality-driven culture where every customer feels seen, heard, and valued.
  • Deliver a consistent, elevated experience rooted in authentic connection, captivating the customer with deep product knowledge and converting them based on fabric, fit, and function.
  • Execute plans to grow brand loyalty through community engagement, in-store events, community pop-ups, and clienteling.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards that reflect the Beyond Yoga brand ethos.
  • Ensure seamless daily operations, including execution of standard operating procedures, replenishment, inventory management, and compliance with company policies.
  • Support schedule optimization, labor productivity, store performance and P&L.
  • Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and adherence to health & safety protocols.
  • Onboard, and train a high-performing, diverse talent aligned with our values.
  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration, inclusion, accountability, continuous feedback, and celebration.
  • Teach and coach the team to build capabilities and hold yourself and the team accountable to performance.
