About The Position

The Beverage Supervisor – Supervise staff during events. Monitor bars & bartenders. Do audits & closeouts of bars throughout the event. Constantly circle and check on bars, barbacks, bartenders. Fill orders if we are backed up. Monitor beverage cage as needed.

Requirements

• Should be extremely organized and detail oriented, with a focus on quality and consistency

• Excellent inter-personal skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic a must. Must have a “team-first” mentality with and eagerness to learn
• Must be able to maintain and abide by organizational confidentiality standards.
• Ability to work under fluid deadlines and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Checking on staffing
• Checking that bars are stocked
• Making sure everyone is ready prior to doors opening
• Audits during the event
• Closeout at the end of the night
• Final check that bars are locked and cleaned.
