About the position
As a Beverage Steward, no one day is ever the same. Your success is poured into the facts that you are passionate about wines, beers and/or spirits, enjoy conversing with people, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service with a willingness to learn about the products in our broad portfolio. You will tantalize the tastebuds of our customers thru tasting and sampling events helping them find the connection between beverages and cheese, meats, appetizers and more. Our customers are thirsting for help in the decision-making process, and you might be just the right person for the role, so, will you accept this rosé?
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and take part in tasting and sampling events.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in decision-making.
- Learn about the products in the beverage portfolio.
- Engage with customers and share knowledge about wines, beers, and spirits.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Interest in the finer details of wine, beer, and liquor.
- Eager and willing to learn.
- Ability to take pride in work, whether big or small.
Nice-to-haves
