Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must have an outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Must be able to describe drink specials and beer flavor profiles to guests.
• Must enjoy hosting others.
• Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with guests.
• Able to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by Supervisor or Manager.
• Must qualify for licensing by Ohio Lottery Commission.
• Must be able to work as a team.
• Must be able to tolerate a high stimulus environment.
• Must be able to work at a very fast pace and walk long distances throughout the shift.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy.
• Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues.

Responsibilities

• Foster a fun environment.
• Be a gracious host to all guests and co-workers.
• Promote a positive influence in the community and participate in company-sponsored events.
• Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the ACES Service Program.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed according to company policy and T.I.P.S training.
• Promote gaming events and promotions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions for guests while maintaining the integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities.
• Prepare and pour drinks with proper measured portions and ingredients according to recipe and in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Slice fruit as required.
• Maintain a clean and stocked workstation.
• Comply with state, company, and department policies and regulations.
• Provide fast, accurate ACES Service to every guest while making rounds.
• Keep service wells clean, trash-free and sanitized.
• May be required to stock if a bar back is unavailable.
• Provide breaks for bartenders when needed.
• Meet sales goals as directed by your supervisor.
• Work special events, as needed.
• Other duties as needed.
