About The Position

The Beverage Server is responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service to guests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner within a gaming facility. This role requires thorough knowledge of beverage offerings, compliance with alcohol service and safety regulations, and a commitment to creating a welcoming environment for all guests.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deliver efficient, friendly, and attentive guest service.
• Must be available to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a gaming facility or hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of state and local alcohol service laws and guidelines.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license and alcohol service permit as required by the state of Kentucky.

Responsibilities

• Take beverage orders from guests in assigned areas and deliver drinks promptly and accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages; offer recommendations to guests.
• Ensure all beverages are prepared and served according to established procedures and presentation standards.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption in compliance with local, state, and facility regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including removal of used glasses, napkins, and other materials.
• Interact positively and professionally with guests to enhance their experience and resolve any concerns.
• Accurately process payments via cash, credit card, or player rewards systems.
• Assist with restocking and inventory maintenance for bar areas.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, especially regarding the handling and storage of beverages.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
