About The Position

JOB SUMMARY
Take drink orders from guests, arrange in specific order, call order to bartender, garnish drinks, deliver correct drink to guest, smile and thank guest. Engage in interactive promotional entertainment with guests and team members.
HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
Offer every guest in the gaming area a beverage every 15 to 20 minutes
Promote drink specials and describe nightly entertainment in area (DJ, Piano Player)
Repeat order back to guest
Serve beverages to guests in a friendly and timely manner
Maintain clean workstation
Maintain cleanliness of section by picking up empty glasses and bottles on a regular basis and return all glassware to bar for cleaning
Order drinks in proper sequence
Order supplies when needed
