JOB SUMMARY Responsible for providing beverage service to all casino guests in an efficient, courteous and professional manner displaying a high standard of guest service.

Requirements

Ability to read, analyze and interpret common documentation. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from employees, regulatory agencies or members of the staff. Ability to write and present information to management in a reasonable manner. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deal with several variables. High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Provide prompt, efficient and courteous service to casino guests.
Performs necessary tasks to service guests, i.e., taking and filling all beverage orders and assisting in maintaining guests gaming area in a clean and neat manner.
Monitors guests' needs on a continual basis ensuring all beverage requests are promptly filled.
Assist other beverage personnel with maintenance (side work, opening/closing duties) as necessary.
Maintains professional grooming and appearance and acts as a role model according to established grooming and appearance policy.
Cleans unwanted debris from the guests gaming area such as bottles, cups or glasses, paper and empties ashtrays.
Helps refill beverage supplies at all service stations.
Requests identification from guests when legal age is a question.
Utilizes proper call order when ordering beverages from bartender in a courteous manner.
Helps keep service wells stocked, clean and sanitary.
Stays current on department and property knowledge and promotions.
