Beverage Server - Fox Tower
About The Position
Under the direction of the Beverage Shift Supervisor, the Beverage Server is responsible for greeting guests, taking orders for beverages and serving them to guests in lounges or gaming areas in a friendly, courteous and timely manner, while circulating throughout assigned areas on a continuous basis. Foxwoods Resort Casino is committed to providing our guests an "extraordinary" Guest Service experience. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- A minimum of one (1) year experience in high-volume beverage service operation required
- Must possess an extensive understanding of spirits, wine, beer, garnishes, glassware and beverage service techniques
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs. multiple times per day, and push a cart weighing up to 100 lbs
- Working during weekends, holidays and peak business periods are required, including working any shift/day designated by the department
- Must be 21 years of age
- Cash handling required based on location
