While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Requirements

  • Have complete knowledge of all cocktails, wines and beers served by Station Casinos, as well as proper glassware, pricing and garnishes.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
  • Ability to obtain all necessary work cards.

Responsibilities

  • Continuously observing and anticipating guests' needs in order to fill any and all guest requests/opportunities.
  • Having extensive knowledge of available beverage offerings
  • Utilizing POS and automated cocktail production technology to fill guest beverage needs
  • Maintaining a clean and well-stocked service station including but not limited to all glassware, condiments, coffee and dry goods.
  • Complying with all slot, cash and comp charging procedures.
  • Knowledge of all cocktail and beverage pricing.
