About The Position

The Beverage Server is responsible for serving in an excellent and timely manner and to assure quality guest experiences. To ensure the excellent serving of patrons in a timely manner and to assure quality guest service and a favorable gaming experience.

Requirements

A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
Six months experience in cocktail serving preferred.
Able to obtain a state gaming license and Alcohol Beverage Control card.

Responsibilities

Responsible to take orders from patrons and return these orders in a timely manner.
Keep area in a clean and orderly manner.
Responsible to have knowledge of patron limitations and company policy and procedure regarding limitations.
Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers.
Knowledge of all bar equipment, Easy Bar System, and use of POS system.
Able to handle situations that may arise due to intoxication.
Ability to communicate with all departments and fellow employees.
Knowledge of sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling
Protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information
Follow company and department policies and procedures.
Ensure uniform, nametags, and personal appearance are clean, hygienic, professional and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect. Assist other team members to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service.
Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with other team members and departments.
Address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner. Welcome and acknowledge each and every guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting, using the guest's name when possible. Thank guests with genuine appreciation and provide a warm departure statement
