About The Position

The Beverage Server at Table Mountain Casino is responsible for providing excellent service to guests by taking and delivering food and drink orders efficiently and courteously. This full-time position requires adherence to service standards and cash handling practices while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required, unless otherwise waived by Human Resources Management.
• Six (6) months of work experience required.
• Food and Beverage experience and cash handling experience preferred.
• Must be able to work Nights, Weekends and Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve Casino guests in a pleasant and efficient manner while maintaining excellent service.
• Set up and maintain food and beverage server stations, preparing and delivering food and drinks to guests.
• Prepare and display all food and merchandise in accordance with ServSafe and other regulatory standards.
• Prepare food based on business volumes and as directed by Supervisors using par levels.
• Utilize the Point of Sale (POS) system effectively for order entry and payment processing.
• Adhere to cash-handling practices in line with Casino-wide Food and Beverage Policies and Procedures.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times, including food and display equipment.
• Ensure all display cases, refrigerators, guest seating areas, and the Casino floor are cleaned and maintained during shifts.
• Assist Busser and Food & Beverage Porters as needed to maximize guest service.
• Maintain knowledge of food venues, beverage service, and Casino-related information to answer guest questions.
