About The Position

Under the direction of the Beverage Shift Supervisor, the Beverage Server is responsible for greeting guests, taking orders for beverages and serving them to guests in lounges or gaming areas in a friendly, courteous and timely manner, while circulating throughout assigned areas on a continuous basis. Requirements

• Must have a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times.
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• A minimum of one (1) year experience in high-volume beverage service operation is required.
• Must possess an extensive understanding of spirits, wine, beer, garnishes, glassware, and beverage service techniques.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs. multiple times per day.
• Must be able to push a cart weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Cash handling required based on location.
