Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or a minimum of three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve drinks to customers, including icing glasses, finishing set-ups, and garnishing.
• Clean and maintain station, trade out ashtrays, remove trash, wipe tables, remove empty glasses, push in chairs, etc.
• Do public relations for the company, sell the casino and landing, and answer guest questions.
• Operate cash register, take money and make change, make deposit at the end of shift.
• Perform side work, make coffee and tea, stock and clean waitress station, cappuccino machines, etc.
• Meet department uniform, appearance, and grooming requirements.
• Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department, and company policies.
• Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter.
• Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
• Complete any reasonable request made by a supervisor or management personnel.
