This position is instrumental in creating an environment and executing service that blows our guests away. The Servers – Casino Service must continually seek opportunities to create memories by anticipating needs, exceeding expectations, and building relationships.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have valid Food Handlers Card, Liquor License, and Gaming Badge when working.
• Must have good oral communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills must include a positive, friendly and outgoing attitude, common courtesy towards others and the ability to deal successfully with stressful situations.
• Must be able to lift up to ten (10) pounds frequently throughout shift.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Must have the ability to withstand noisy and smoke filled environments.
• Must be able to sit 20% of shift and walk 80% of shift.
• Hard Rock's employment process requires candidates to obtain gaming licensure by successfully completing a background check prior to beginning employment.

Responsibilities

• Creates an atmosphere that induces guests to make Hard Rock Casino Bristol their choice for gaming entertainment; responsible for actively building and retaining guest relations and acts as a mentor to team members in order to provide superior guest service.
• Takes customer drink orders, serves drinks and collects monies in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Adheres to food and beverage policies and State Liquor Laws.
• Completes all required set-up duties on time.
• Keeps station clean at all times.
• Promotes positive customer relations.
• Responsible for the receipt of monies and settlement of guests checks.
• Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager.
