Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Previous beverage experience preferred.
Previous experience dealing with the public preferred.
Must be able to present change correctly and have knowledge of guest charge procedures.
Must be familiar with tray service and have knowledge of cocktail ingredients.
Mobility and dexterity to carry and serve a tray of beverages weighing 15 pounds.
Ability to work in a team environment and under stress as volume of business increases.
Must have mathematical ability including the ability to add and subtract.
Ability to stand and walk for periods of up to 4 hours.
Must have excellent customer service and communications skills.
Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
Must present a well-groomed appearance.

Responsibilities

Provides beverage service to casino guests in designated gaming areas.
Provides prompt, courteous beverage refreshment service to casino guests.
Presents the drink order to the bartender and writes the check properly while waiting for drinks to be made.
Presents the drinks to the guest, presents the check to the guest, accepts payment and gives change when necessary.
Maintains a clean station at all times.
Maintains accountability for all complimentary charges and cash receipts where applicable.
Provides a great experience for every guest, every time, through courteous interaction.
Keeps informed of continually changing promotional beverages, events and services.
Acts as a role model and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars and encourages others to do the same.
Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
