Role Description High volume Social Dining concept is looking for a full-time Beverage Operations Leader to join our team in Atlanta, GA. As the Senior Operations Leader, you will be an essential part of our leadership team, responsible for maintaining daily operations and ensuring smooth functionality within our establishment. In partnership with senior leadership, you will define and implement operational policies and procedures and address overall business goals. As the successful candidate, you will have a track record of success in hospitality leadership and a passion for creating an exceptional guest experiences. This is an on-site position. Please have experience with: beverage inventory, ordering, recipe costing and development, and scheduling. Please do NOT apply here if: Money is your main motivation. Requirements

  • Degrees & Certifications are great, but not required
  • Strong leadership skills and at least 5 years of experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry
  • Experience in HR management, staff recruitment, training, and scheduling, ensuring compliance with labor laws in a multi-unit business
  • Experience in conceptualizing and executing menus, strategy, and guest experience execution in a multi-unit business
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management, cost control, and P&L management
  • Adept at multitasking with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with guests and employees at all levels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for exceptional guest experiences, social dining, and creating a welcoming and inclusive environment
