Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry

• Familiarity with casino operations is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of cocktail servers, bartenders, and support staff, and Supervisors to ensure a high standard of service
• Oversee the management of day-to-day operations of beverage outlets, including bars, and lounges
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
