About The Position
The Preacher's Son Beverage Manager is responsible for providing direct supervision of all Bartenders at the concept, which includes 3 bars and seasonal pop-ups. This includes setting and upholding service standards, dress-code, presentation, guest experience, training and development, and related supervisory duties. The Beverage Manager will also serve as acting FoH manager on duty responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, as required. This is a salaried, exempt role. Our ideal candidate must have evening, night and weekend availability.
