While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury.
Requirements
- The ability to learn the basics of detergents, chemicals, sanitation techniques and ware-washing procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push 150 to 250 lbs. on a pushcart, and enter walk-ins of -10 degrees to 140 degrees with or without assistance
- Ability to obtain all necessary work cards
Responsibilities
- Working hands-on in any kitchen environment to ensure all china, glass and silverware, flatware, dish machines, etc. are cleaned and maintained according to Station Casinos standards and specifications
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards in accordance with department polices and the Department of Health
- Ensuring and complying with a safe and hazard free work environment according to the Department of Health and OSHA regulations
