About The Position

This position is responsible for deep cleaning of the service bar areas, including drains and walls in accordance with established department policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be able to understand and complete multiple tasks assigned with minimum supervision
• Previous guest service experience
• Must be able to read, write and effectively communicate with co-workers in English

Nice To Haves

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of deep cleaning and power washing techniques
• Basic knowledge and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) facts about applicable chemicals
• Good knowledge of all legal beverage service guidelines and state liquor laws including proper identification, refusal of service and shutoff procedures
• Thorough knowledge of ice handling procedures as well as health and sanitation guidelines

Responsibilities

• Performs deep cleaning of service bar areas, including drains and walls
• Collects and redistributes glassware in a timely, organized fashion
• Retrieves requisitions ensuring proper documentation and bottle returns for requisitions and transfers
• Maintains glassware par levels
• Responsible for keeping bars stocked with supplies including liquor, beer and glassware
• Receives, fills and delivers stock orders and requisitions
• Maintains cleanliness of 'outlet' rooms (bussing tables, bar area, etc.)
