About The Position

The Beverage Cocktail Server at Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino is responsible for delivering fast, friendly, and courteous service to customers while taking and serving beverage orders. This role involves interacting with guests in the slot and pit areas, ensuring a pleasant experience through attentive service and adherence to company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
• High school diploma or its equivalency preferred.
• Two (2) years previous customer service experience required.
• Two (2) years of serving in a bar or restaurant setting required.
• Outgoing, friendly personality and a cheerful accommodating disposition.

Nice To Haves

• Bartending experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, and courteous service to customers.
• Take and serve beverage orders to guests in the slot and pit areas.
• Interact with the public and communicate clearly in English.
• Remember details related to customer orders and preferences.
• Perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, turning, bending, lifting, and carrying.
