Deliver exceptional guest service by offering premium beverages and personalized attention from the beverage cart throughout the resort grounds Operate and maintain the smoker, preparing high-quality smoked items while ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards Anticipate guest needs and create a memorable, elevated experience through friendly, professional, and proactive engagement Manage inventory, restock supplies, handle transactions accurately, and maintain organized cart and service areas Uphold luxury brand standards by maintaining a polished appearance, adhering to resort service protocols, and supporting special events or peak service periods
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or guest service, with a passion for delivering high-end, personalized service
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced outdoor environment while maintaining professionalism, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of food safety, beverage service, and safe equipment handling (or willingness to learn), with reliable availability and strong teamwork skills
