About The Position
Beverage Cart Attendant Lakewood Ranch Golf & Country Club Lakewood Ranch, FL Lakewood Ranch Golf & Country Club is seeking to expand our Food & Beverage team and is currently hiring experienced Beverage Cart Attendants to provide exceptional service to our members and guests on the course. Position Summary The Beverage Cart Attendant is responsible for selling, preparing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food items in accordance with club standards. This position requires a strong commitment to member and guest satisfaction, maintaining a clean and organized beverage cart, and demonstrating a professional, team-oriented attitude at all times.
Requirements
- General knowledge of golf course operations
- Strong math and cash-handling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team to enhance the member experience
Responsibilities
- Provide members and guests with the highest level of service
- Greet and acknowledge members and guests by name whenever possible
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items according to club specifications
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the beverage cart
- Complete opening and closing side work duties
- Communicate member feedback, complaints, or compliments to supervisors
- Accurately perform cash handling and guest check procedures
- Attend all required staff meetings and training sessions
- Arrive on time and in proper uniform for all scheduled shifts
- Promote teamwork and maintain a positive work environment
- Adhere to all club policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook
