About The Position

Westborough Country Club is a premier private club in the St. Louis area, known for delivering an exceptional Member experience. We are currently hiring energetic, personable Beverage Cart Attendants to join our team for the golf and pool season. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, interacting with people, and being part of a fun, high-energy environment—with opportunities to grow into bartending or full-time food & beverage roles.

Requirements

• Outgoing, positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift 25–40 lbs and stay active throughout shifts
• Availability on weekends and holidays (preferred)

Nice To Haves

• Previous service experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Drive beverage cart safely throughout the golf course
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to Members
• Provide friendly, attentive, and engaging service
• Handle POS transactions accurately
• Stock and maintain cleanliness of the cart
• Anticipate Member needs in a fast-paced outdoor setting
