About The Position
Grasslands Club is a premier private golf and country club located in Gallatin, Tennessee, offering exceptional golf, dining, and social experiences for our members and guests. With two championship courses and an active membership, our team plays an important role in delivering the elevated hospitality experience our members expect. As we prepare for a busy golf season, Grasslands Club is seeking friendly, energetic, and service-focused Golf Beverage Cart Attendants to provide outstanding on-course beverage service. The Golf Beverage Cart Attendant is responsible for providing beverage service to members and guests on the golf course while delivering exceptional hospitality. This position requires excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently while maintaining the club’s service standards. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, working outdoors, and contributing to a memorable golf experience for our members and guests.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol
- TABC certification (or ability to obtain)
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak golf season shifts
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service, food & beverage, or hospitality experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, attentive beverage service to golfers throughout the course
- Greet members and guests in a professional and welcoming manner
- Take beverage orders and process transactions accurately
- Maintain a high level of hospitality and professionalism at all times
- Safely operate the beverage cart on the golf course
- Ensure the beverage cart is fully stocked before each shift
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages, snacks, and supplies
- Restock products as needed throughout the shift
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cart
- Verify age requirements and follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Adhere to club policies and TABC regulations
- Follow all golf course safety guidelines while operating the cart
- Accurately handle cash, credit card, and member charge transactions
- Complete end-of-shift cash and inventory reconciliation
- Communicate with Food & Beverage and Golf staff regarding course activity and service needs
