About The Position

Fiddler's Elbow is an exclusive club in Bedminster, New Jersey, featuring three championship golf courses, award-winning practice facilities, state-of-the-art aquatic facilities, tennis, paddle sports, fitness options, and a children's mini club. The elegant manor-style clubhouse offers casual and fine dining, as well as banquet facilities for various events. The club's mission is to enhance the lives of its Members & Guests with "WOW moments" and to enrich the lives of its staff. Fiddler's Elbow is seeking a Seasonal Beverage Cart Attendant to join the team and share their passion for hospitality with members, guests, and fellow staff members. The club hosts a wide range of events, including comedy shows, concerts, holiday celebrations, music and food festivals, golf outings, sporting events, and private member events.

• Must be able to communicate and understand the predominant language of our members/guests
• Must be able to operate a golf cart; have a valid Driver’s License
• Ability to utilize caution when operating golf cart
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to follow Tagmarshal and Golf Map for appropriate route
• Must be able to follow proper food and alcohol handling procedures
• Must be a team player and willing to work well with others

Responsibilities

• Take beverage and food orders from Members and Guests
• Ability to drive a beverage (golf) cart
• Maintain a clean and well stocked cart with snacks and beverages
• Operate a grill station
• Cook hamburgers and hot dogs
• Observe appropriate sanitation and safety standards while handling food and beverages
• Ensure all products and supplies are returned to their proper location at the end of every shift
• Assist with set-up and break-down of stations
• Communicate with Grill Station Attendants to fill orders
• Maintain and exhibit proper golf course etiquette; observe and respect flow of game, and operate cart in a safe manner
• Keep track of Guest/Member orders for record purposes
• Provide outstanding customer service to Members and Guests
• Occasionally assist with food preparation on grill stations
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager/supervisors
