About The Position

New Albany Country Club is a prestigious private Country Club in beautiful scenic New Albany, Ohio. New Albany Country Club is conveniently located just 5 minutes from 270 and 161 and 10 minutes from Easton. Job Requirements: Candidates must be flexible and perform in various roles based on the club's needs. This would include working as a beverage cart attendant and carryout specialist. Job Environment: Fast-paced, food service-oriented atmosphere. Fun, upbeat, and friendly environment that makes coming to work not feel like coming to work. Team-oriented staff and operation that allows for efficiency and expedience. Casual, golf-centric area that works closely with multiple club operations including: golf, bath and tennis, a la carte dining, and catering. Consistent scheduling and daily routine; multiple special events throughout the season as well. Requirements

Possess strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask and work independently.
Ability to safely navigate a beverage cart around the golf course.
Must be 21 years old.

Responsibilities

Work closely with multiple teams and teammates to fulfill and exceed member expectations.
Provide excellent food and beverage service to members and guests, ensuring satisfaction.
Follow procedures and protocols to ensure the entire team is set up to succeed in providing great experiences to our members!
Consistently be available to members and guests via the beverage cart and/or Halfway House.
Provide food and beverages to members and guests efficiently so as not to interrupt or delay the pace of play.
Ensure the proper setup, breakdown, and inventory of beverage carts and Halfway House stock daily.
Maintain consistent high service standards, as outlined in training.
Display complete and comprehensive knowledge of offerings, hours, and procedures regarding the beverage cart, Halfway House, Men's Grill, and golf operations.
Follow daily opening/closing procedures, complete daily checklists, and independently execute day-to-day operations.
Guarantee all areas are member-ready at all times.
Accurately execute member and guest orders and requests in a timely fashion.
Become familiar with members' names and greet them accordingly in a manner that provides a warm welcome that will make them feel right at home.
Assist fellow team members to provide unique, personalized service that cannot be found anywhere else!
