Requirements
- Must be 21+
- Three to six months related experience or training
Responsibilities
- Maintains and operates the beverage cart.
- Serves guests in accordance with our established standards and with hospitality and professionalism.
- Stocks/sets up beverage cart, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages, assists in cost control, inventory and maintaining inventory records.
- Ensures compliance with applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by the management.
- Performs opening and closing duties which include, but are not limited to: inventory, cash control, cleaning, set-up and restocking of beverage cart.
- Operates the beverage cart within company safety guidelines and reports any issues to supervisor immediately. Follows cleaning, operation and storage guidelines.
- Serves food and beverage items to guests based on established guidelines.
- Communicates guest requests and concerns to the department manager/supervisor.
- May perform duties inside, outside or while operating the beverage cart as needed for business operation.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties as required.
