Hourly rate + Tips To consistently achieve the service and product delivery standards with a high degree of client care and service throughout the banqueting event experience and to provide an exceptional and memorable guest experience. The banquet captain will serve the guest’s needs by directly supervising and overseeing the service and associates of banquet functions as assigned by the Assistant Banquet Manager or Banquet Director. This person will be the primary point of contact for all onsite clients during their events to insure flawless execution.
