Requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage daily bar operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
• Develop and implement innovative drink menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate bar staff to ensure high standards of service and product knowledge.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage waste to optimize profitability.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage pairings for events or special occasions.
• Oversee the execution of private events or banquets held at the bar.
