Your Journey • Communicate, discuss, and direct pre and post event banquet setup needs • Ordering from Banquet Event Orders • Conduct monthly inventories • Distribute product to bars and maintain during events • Complete consumption sheets per event for billing • Maintain organization of storage areas • Meet with guests, hold banquet bartenders to opening and closing duties • Plan and facilitate regularly-scheduled banquet bartender trainings • Have floor presence during events to maintain high standards of service and attention to detail • Manage guest/Bartender expectations • Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside the scope of duties, based on business demands

Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment
  • Ability to drive the gas powered vehicles & box trucks
  • Desire to create WOW moments for guests
  • One year minimum of experience in food and beverage operations within a hotel or resort environment
  • Intermediate computer skills

Nice To Haves

  • Luxury hotel experience, a plus
