ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Keep all self-service beverage stations clean, stocked with cups, lids, coffee, tea, sugar and creamers; and make sure they are ready for use by casino patrons Cut all fruit and get all fruit trays ready for use at the bar Change Bag in a Box for soda all beverage stations when necessary Keep Service Bar area clean Assist Bar Backs when necessary and/or when instructed to do so my management Other duties as assigned by member of the Beverage Management team
