Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Family Medicine.
• Valid medical license to practice in Massachusetts.
• Experience in a primary care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered primary care to a diverse patient population from newborns to geriatrics.
• Participate in a team-based care model with 3 MDs, 3 NPs, RN, LPNs, and MAs.
• Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation and management.
• Engage in practice transformation focused on quality metrics.
