About The Position
The Associate Sales Engineer-HVAC position at Johnson Controls is part of the Early Career Sales Engineering (BEST) Program, designed for recent college graduates. This 6-month technical sales development program focuses on strategic selling of HVAC products and services to commercial customers. Participants will gain hands-on experience through training, field orientation, and on-the-job learning, preparing them to consult with various stakeholders and support customers effectively.
