The BESS Administrative Coordinator will provide critical administrative and organizational support to the Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) development team. This role involves managing documentation, payments, data tracking, scheduling, and internal processes to ensure efficiency and consistency across the team. The coordinator will support process optimization to assist project managers and developers in advancing development.

  • Provide administrative support to the BESS development team.
  • Manage documentation, payments, data tracking, and scheduling.
  • Ensure efficiency and consistency in internal processes.
  • Coordinate between external and internal stakeholders.
  • Convey project information clearly and effectively.
  • Support process optimization initiatives.
  • 2-4 years of experience in administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in a startup environment or environments requiring autonomy.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in energy or infrastructure sectors is a plus.
  • Technical aptitude and understanding of project information.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
