About The Position

The Service Concierge will be at the direction of the Service Manager and will be the direct initial person of contact for every new or existing customer.

Requirements

Professional and has the ability to make a compelling introduction
Willing to participate in skills and product training
Multi-tasker and excellent customer service skills
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
Proficient with computers, emails, smart phones and the web
Bilingual in Spanish
Must be 21 years or older
Must be able to pass a drug screening test
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must have a valid Texas Driver License

Responsibilities

Contact new and existing customers to discuss current sales promotions.
Create excitement and set appointments for customers to drive our world class automobiles.
Respond to inbound phone calls and internet inquiries to develop customer trust and generate customer visits to our state of the art auto stores.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and produce referrals.
Perform all other Business Development selling duties as assigned.
Facilitate Sales and Service CSI above pinnacle standard.
Maintain phone call fail rate to under 7% CTP.
Fleet utilization above 80% and manage Valet service.
Other duties as assigned.
