About The Position

Join our Warehouse Team at Bernick's! We are a family-owned company and wholesale distributor of Pepsi products, beverages, fountain drinks, beer, vending products, and food services in central MN and western WI. As part of our team, you help us create an experience that makes customers say, "Bernick's is our preferred partner!" The Warehouse Supervisor will manage a variety of warehouse activities, such as dock management, warehouse cleanliness, and ensuring accuracy and picking standards are being met by all Team Members. They may also assist with outdates and breakage, receiving and stocking as time allows.

Requirements

• 2-year Associates Degree in a related field.
• Previous warehouse/picking experience (required).
• Ability to regularly lift and move product weighing 50-165 pounds.
• Ability to repetitively bend, lift, twist while moving product around the warehouse.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, walkie riders, and pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Manage a variety of warehouse activities including dock management and warehouse cleanliness.
• Ensure accuracy and picking standards are met by all Team Members.
• Communicate effectively with Load Crew Team Members on goals and performance.
• Maintain effective workflow throughout the loading process.
• Utilize computer technology along with the Warehouse Management System.
