About The Position

Join our Merchandising Team at Bernick's and earn a $500 sign-on bonus! We are a family-owned company and we are a wholesale distributor of Pepsi products, beverages, fountain drinks, beer, vending products, and food services in central MN and western WI. As part of our team, you help us create an experience that makes customers say, 'Bernick's is our preferred partner!' Our merchandisers are a very important part of making sure our accounts are looking their best. They cover an individualized route of various accounts and are responsible for restocking, rotating, facing, and removing outdated product. Merchandisers neatly organize store shelves, coolers, and design creative displays. This position will be mainly liquor stores but could also include other large customer accounts. They will drive their personal vehicle to the stores; occasionally they may assist route drivers with building targeted displays. Our team members will learn something new or at least look at things differently every day. Expect a strong team atmosphere while also being able to set individual goals as well. We not only want you to grow with us; we want you to help us grow too! This is a great entry-level opportunity with potential for advancement within the Beer team.

Requirements

• Excellent merchandising and customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets Bernick's standard.
• Reliable, insured form of transportation.
• Ability to regularly lift and move product weighing 50-100 pounds.
• Ability to repetitively bend, lift, and twist while moving product.
