About The Position
The Bereavement Counselor at Halifax Health - Hospice is responsible for providing emotional and social support to patients and their families during the bereavement process. This role involves assessing the needs of individuals coping with loss and facilitating bereavement groups in the Volusia/Flagler area. The counselor will also participate in staff training and community education regarding bereavement support.
