About The Position
The purpose of this role is to lead the implementation of educational initiatives ensuring the continuous creation of Bentley skilled talent pool for our users and evolving Bentley Education brand within Academia and Industry across the Asia. The Director will work directly with strategic colleges and universities to help them incorporating our technologies in their teaching, sponsoring research, content creation, peer-to-peer education and similar. Director will establish Bentley Education as a strategic partner for Departments of Education, Industry organizations, Government bodies and other external stake holders to tackle skills shortage for Infrastructure Industries. This position will be under the direction and guidance of Senior Director-Education, aligned with the major corporate initiatives and in close cooperation with other groups within Bentley in a true 'one Bentley' manner.
