The Benefits & Total Compensation Specialist supports the administration of employee benefits, wellness initiatives, and compensation-related projects, while assisting with core HR functions. This role partners closely with the Senior Director, Human Resources to support the annual benefits cycle, benefits compliance, and employee communications, and works collaboratively with the HRBP on broader HR initiatives. The position plays an important role in supporting employee well-being, maintaining compliance, and contributing to overall organizational effectiveness. Note: This position is considered Hybrid and will need to commute to ACOG's office located in Washington, D.C.
