About The Position
As an HR Sr Benefits Analyst at Athene, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering and managing our employee benefit plans. Your expertise will ensure our employees receive the best support and guidance. You will demonstrate expert knowledge and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA. You will independently lead and participate in benefits-related projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
