As a member of the Benefits organization, your focus is to support U.S. employees and their families by answering benefits-related inquiries. This involves addressing inquiries and escalations to the Oracle Benefits Portal via email and telephone on a broad array of benefit plans, eligibility, and enrollment systems. The Benefits Specialist spends 100% of their time answering inquiries via written email. You will also have phone or Zoom conversations with employees regarding benefits questions, if needed. Other responsibilities can include day-to-day administration activities such as providing data and reports to payroll, finance, and outside vendors, assisting in benefits projects, and participating in informational webinars such as new hire orientation and program overviews. Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration of Oracle's benefit programs.
