Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of claim follow-up calls to insurance carriers each day.
• Run Verification of Benefits for prospective patients at out-of-network facilities.
• Use portals and online resources such as Availty to confirm policy status and eligibility.
• Provide accurate estimated reimbursements and policy recommendations using available tools.
• Run reports to determine policy patterns and help identify accurate reimbursements.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and clients.
• Work collaboratively with the Verification of Benefits team.
• Respond timely to any Verification of Benefit requests.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
