This important individual contributor role requires the "heart of a teacher". Someone who excels at translating complex federal and state regulations into clear, compassionate guidance for our entire workforce. This position will focus on specialized expertise and enhance our employee experience. You will act as the agency's primary subject matter expert and administrator for benefits and leave programs, using independent judgment and strict discretion in handling confidential matters (FMLA, ADA, etc.).
