Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with benefit enrollment and eligibility verification
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to service inquiries
  • Return client calls and follow up on outstanding requests
  • Review coverage options and explain solutions in a clear, client-focused way
  • Prepare personalized plans using a guided needs-assessment system
  • Stay current on offerings through ongoing coaching and leadership support
