Responsibilities
- Assist clients with benefit enrollment and eligibility verification
- Handle inbound calls and respond to service inquiries
- Return client calls and follow up on outstanding requests
- Review coverage options and explain solutions in a clear, client-focused way
- Prepare personalized plans using a guided needs-assessment system
- Stay current on offerings through ongoing coaching and leadership support
