Responsibilities
- Provide enrollment materials and review eligibility requirements
- Manage and respond to inbound customer service calls
- Return client calls and ensure timely follow-up
- Assist clients with coverage inquiries while prioritizing their needs
- Prepare and present customized policy options using a structured needs analysis system
- Participate in ongoing training and collaborate with leadership to stay informed on updated products and policies
