About The Position
The Benefits Specialist is responsible for assisting with the administration of all benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and short- and long-term disability. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in employee benefits administration and demonstrate a solid understanding of Explanation of Benefits (EOB) documents and claims processing. This position will support claims processing for Faculty and Executives at UNC School of Medicine.
