We are seeking a Benefits Specialist/Administrator to join our team. This is a hybrid position that can be based out of any of our US locations.

Responsibilities

  • Materially contribute to core health and welfare projects involving the design and management of US medical, dental, life, disability, and time off benefits.
  • Benefit plan analysis, design, cost savings and funding strategies.
  • Vendor procurement, negotiation, and optimization.
  • Incorporation of specialized health management, absence and disability management, pharmacy and compliance strategies.
  • Coordinate Savings Plan Council meetings.
  • Preparing and reconciling 401k/ benefits contributions from Payroll to third party recordkeeper and working with payroll to resolve any deduction issues.
  • Drafting communications and education material related to benefits.
  • Assisting HR Shared Service members with answering employee questions and working with employees directly as needed to resolve outstanding issues.
  • Ensuring that all retirement and benefit programs and activities comply with related federal and state rules and regulations.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 8-10+ years of experience managing Benefits and Savings plans (US) in a large corporate environment.
  • Experience running Open Enrollment.
  • Workday experience highly preferred.
  • Deltek Vision experience would be considered an asset.
  • Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions.
  • Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients' toughest challenges.
  • High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way.
  • Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence.

Nice-to-haves

  • CEBS Certification is a plus but not required.
